What we collect
When you request a quote through a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), property address or town, the service you’re asking about, and anything you write in the message box. That’s it — we don’t collect anything you don’t type.
Why we collect it
One reason: to respond to your request and quote the work. We contact you about the job you asked about. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we won’t sign you up for anything you didn’t ask for.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree (formspree.io), a form-delivery service, and arrive in our business email. Our website is hosted on Google’s Firebase platform. Both act as data processors on our behalf; neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as we need them to manage the work and our customer records, and deleted when no longer needed. If you’d like your information removed sooner, ask — see below.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number in a quote request, we’ll call or text you about that request. We don’t send marketing messages without your consent, and you can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP or just telling us.
Questions or removal requests
Email collingwoodwindows@gmail.com or call (647) 561-9500 and ask for your information to be corrected or deleted. We’ll do it.
